Common questions
- Forgot password / login trouble: Contact the School Fee Office with your registered mobile number to reset access.
- Payment not reflecting: Allow up to 24 hours for online payments to update. If the issue persists, email us with the payment reference number.
- Challan not received: Check your spam/junk folder. You can also download the challan from your account under My Payments.
- Wrong amount shown: Please visit the Fee Office during working hours (9:30 am – 1:30 pm, Mon–Sat).
