Fee Payment

Steps to Pay School Fee: Please read instructions carefully before payment of fees online or offline.

1. Click on the Login button.
2. Login with your registered mobile and password.
3. Click on Fee Payment button. Select Term and Mode of Payment.
4. If you choose “Pay Online”, click on the Submit button and make the payment through the payment gateway.
5. In case you choose to pay offline as the option, please follow the instructions mentioned on Step 8.
6. You will get an acknowledgement by email confirming your transaction. Receipt for online payment will be available in your login panel.
7. Receipt for offline payment will only be generated after your challan copy is verified by the School office. This will take a few days after your payment of fees.
8. Parents who choose to pay offline must collect the challan at the School Fee Department. Kindly collect the printed fee challan in the School Office fee department between 10:30 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. (Monday to Friday) / 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (Saturdays — except 2nd and 4th Saturday). Please note that the Bank counter closes at 2:00 p.m. and challans will be issued only for the same day. Challans issued on a particular date are not valid for use at the Bank counter the next day. Challans will be issued only on working days for the Bank counter.

Note: Payment using Netbanking option is the best option while paying online in terms of charges. The bank charges are approx ₹ 20. This rate is much lower than the bank charges for Demand Draft.

Do not make a transfer directly from your bank to the School Bank as direct NEFT transactions are impossible to verify and the fees will be shown as pending in the fee portal.

RBI mandated charges of approx 1 to 1.25% for payment by Credit Card or Debit Card will be charged by the bank if parent chooses Debit or Credit card option.

Note: Parents who choose to pay offline by Cash / DD are required to follow instructions on Step 8.

Please use a desktop / laptop browser to make payment of fees as there seem to be some compatibility issues with certain mobile browsers.

All support ticket requests sent to support@bishopcottonschool.org between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM on working days will be responded to on the same day in most cases. In case of heavy queue of tickets, responses might take between 48 to 72 hours. Requests made post 5:30 PM on Friday will be responded to on Monday. Requests made on holidays will also be responded to on the following day.
